
Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing my services. I value your commitment and aim to provide a transparent process for all my clients. Because my offerings primarily involve scheduled services, time-intensive preparations, and limited-capacity events, the following policy applies to all bookings and purchases.
1. General Service Refunds
I strive for excellence in every service provided. If you are unsatisfied with a consultation or digital service, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. While I do not typically offer full refunds for completed professional time, I am committed to finding a fair resolution, which may include a partial credit or a follow-up session.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
a) Individual Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or can be moved to a new date at no extra cost.
b) Late Cancellations: Requests made within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
c) No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are non-refundable.
3. Workshops, Retreats and Specialized Events
Due to the logistical planning and limited availability of our workshops and group events:
a) Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event start date will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees).
b) Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
c) Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior written notice.
4. Digital Products
Unless otherwise specified, all sales of digital products (such as downloadable guides, recorded content, or e-books) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent.
5. Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that I, Magda Ewa Guryn, must cancel a service or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical failure, or natural disaster), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future service.
