When you join the Challenge we will work through a personal chat on a daily basis to help you create your own personal routine, little-by-little. Each week you'll have from 1 to 3 goals to reach. I have a fun and a very effective way to hold you accountable to reach your goals. Moreover we'll have a weekly one-on-one video call to assess your situation, how what we're doing is working for you, what twitches we need to make and what new goals you can hit.
